Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Smart Ads Tech, we strive to provide high-quality ad-tech solutions and performance analytics. Because our services involve immediate resource allocation and digital activation, we have a strict refund policy.
1. No Refund After Activation
Once a service or subscription plan is activated or the “Premium Ads Suite” access is granted, no refunds will be provided. We encourage our clients to use the ROI Predictor tool before purchasing to understand the potential of our strategies.
2. The 2-Hour Cancellation Window
If you have placed an order but wish to cancel it before the subscription starts, you must request a cancellation within 2 hours of the transaction.
- Condition: After 2 hours, the order is sent for technical activation, and no refund will be possible.
3. Deductions on Refunds
Even if a refund is requested within the 2-hour window, it will NOT be a full refund. The following charges will be deducted:
- Platform Processing Fees: Charges for administrative setup.
- Payment Gateway Charges: Third-party fees (Razorpay/Transaction fees) incurred during the payment process.
- Our Advice: Given these deductions, we strongly recommend that you continue with your plan to get the full value of your investment.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund is approved, the processing time depends on the method:
- Automatic Gateway Refund: It usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your original payment method, as per standard banking and payment gateway (Razorpay) protocols.
- Manual Refund Process: In cases where manual intervention is required, the timeline will be 10-15 working days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Any setup fees or custom strategy consulting fees.
- Any subscription that has already been utilized for ad analysis.
